My goal is to help you parent with direction, intention, and purpose during all actions and interactions with your child. This will help both you and your child get through each stage of life stronger and more connected than you ever imagined. And most importantly, for that bond to last a lifetime, so that your child will reach out to you when they're raising theirs!
After a dedicated career as a pediatric occupational therapist for over 20 years, helping hundreds of families, I founded Kavana Parenting to bring together my passion for child development and my mission to help parents raise successful adults.
